Papers will go through peer review performed by technical program committee members and international reviewers. Selected papers will be published in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (ISSN: 2366-2557) as a proceedings book volume by Springer. The book series is now indexed by EI Compendex , Scopus, INSPEC, SCImago etc.
To advance research and technological applications in coastal and ocean engineering, 2026 13th International Conference on Coastal and Ocean Engineering (ICCOE 2026) will be held in Tianjin, China duringAugust 7-9, 2026. The conference is sponsored by Tianjin University, China and China University of Petroleum (East China), China, co-sponsored by Qingdao University of Technology. ICCOE 2026 aims to provide a high-level international academic exchange platform for experts and scholars to explore new theories, technologies, and diverse applications in coastal and ocean engineering.
ICCOE 2026 warmly invites researchers, engineers, and students from academia and industry worldwide to actively participate, share their latest research achievements, and discuss academic development trends.
