Medical AI Consortium

The Medical AI Consortium was established in 2024 with support from the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research, and Innovation (PMU-B) in terms of budget and administrative management.

Vision

1. To establish medical data platforms supporting the advancement of medical AI.
2. To promote research, development, and innovation in medical AI.
3. To develop capabilities and talent in the field.
4. To produce innovations that benefit medical services.

Management Structure

1. Data Platform Management Board
Responsible for managing the medical data platform to resolve issues and elevate medical research innovation:

1. Define policies, set strategies, and provide guidance.
2. Promote linkages and integration between research, development, and innovation activities.
3. Facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
4. Ensure data management aligns with relevant regulations.
5. Evaluate and improve management effectiveness.

2. Data Steward Team
Responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of data:

1. Establish data guidelines, focusing on security, privacy, and quality.
2. Audit data to ensure it is comprehensive and up-to-date.
3. Create and manage a data catalog, data dictionary, and metadata.
4. Set standards and implement best practices for data utilization.
5. Facilitate seamless sharing of data while maintaining compliance.
