11th International Conference on Civil Engineering https://www.icoce.org11th International Conference on Civil Engineering will be held in Singapore during April 7-10, 2027, supported by GEOTECHNICAL SOCIETY OF SINGAPORE (GeoSS).Since its inception in 2017, the International Conference on Civil Engineering has grown into a distinguished annual forum for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange cutting-edge ideas and advancements in the field. The conference began its journey in Hanoi, Vietnam (2017), followed by successful editions in Da Nang (2018) and Hue (2019), establishing a strong tradition of academic excellence in Southeast Asia. After a brief hiatus due to COVID-19, the series resumed in 2023 with the 7th edition held in Singapore, marking a new chapter in a world-class hub for innovation and infrastructure development. Building on this momentum, the conference has been continuouly hosted in Singapore from 2024 through 2026. With its strategic location and reputation as a global center for engineering and technology, Singapore provides an ideal environment for fostering collaboration and addressing emerging challenges in civil engineering, from sustainable construction to smart infrastructure. The forthcoming editions aim to build on past successes, attracting a diverse international community to shape the future of the built environment.Full Paper PublicationSubmissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published as international conference proceedings in Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be submitted to EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc for indexing.Important DatesCheck out the deadlines and arrange the preparation of your full paper or abstract and your trip to Singapore properly.November 20, 2026 | Deadline of SubmissionDecember 10, 2026 | Notification of AcceptanceDecember 25, 2026 | Deadline for Registration and Camera Paper SubmissionApril 7-10, 2027 | Conference Date Call for PAPERSThe conference is soliciting state-of-the-art research papers in the following areas of interest: Theme 1: Sustainable and Green Civil Engineering• Low-carbon construction materials• Lifecycle assessment of civil infrastructure• Green building design and certification (LEED, BREEAM)• Energy-efficient structural systems• Recycled aggregates in concrete• Sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS)• Embodied carbon reduction strategies• Bio-based construction materials• Net-zero infrastructure planning• Circular economy in construction waste management• Renewable energy integration in buildings• Water-efficient construction processes• Sustainable pavement technologies• Green roofs and vertical gardens• Climate-resilient infrastructure design• Environmental impact mitigation during construction• Low-impact development (LID) techniques• Sustainable geotechnical engineering• Eco-friendly bridge and tunnel construction• Policy and economic incentives for green civil engineeringTheme 2: Smart Infrastructure and Digitalization• Building Information Modeling (BIM) for infrastructure• Digital twins in civil engineering• Internet of Things (IoT) for structural health monitoring• AI and machine learning in construction management• Automated and robotic construction systems• GIS and remote sensing for civil projects• Big data analytics in transportation engineering• Smart sensors for real-time infrastructure assessment• 3D printing in civil engineering• Virtual and augmented reality for design and training• Blockchain for construction supply chains• Drone-based site surveying and inspection• Predictive maintenance using digital tools• Cloud-based collaboration platforms in civil projects• Cyber-physical systems in geotechnical engineering• Digitalization of water distribution networks• Smart traffic management systems• Asset management using digital technologies• Interoperability and data standards in civil engineering• Cybersecurity for smart infrastructure systemsTheme 3: Advanced Structural and Geotechnical Engineering• High-performance concrete and composites• Seismic design and retrofitting of structures• Wind engineering and aerodynamic stability• Fire resistance of structural systems• Advanced steel and timber structures• Foundation engineering under challenging soil conditions• Slope stability and landslide mitigation• Soil-structure interaction analysis• Deep excavation and tunneling technologies• Ground improvement techniques• Structural health monitoring and damage detection• Retrofitting and rehabilitation of aging infrastructure• Lightweight and prefabricated structural systems• Nanotechnology in construction materials• Reliability-based structural design• Offshore and marine geotechnical engineering• Blast and impact resistance of structures• Long-span bridge and high-rise building mechanics• Numerical modeling in geomechanics• Case studies of major structural failures and lessons learned
