Due to this reason, 2026 9th International Conference on Environment and Ocean Engineering (ICEOE 2026), as one of the premier forums for presenting developments in Environment and Ocean Engineering, aimed to bring together leading scientists, researchers around the world to discuss the priority topics for Environment and Ocean Engineering in recent years, will be held during November 25-27 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is hosted by University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.ICEOE 2026 is the premier event to network and learn from colleagues and other leading international scientific voices from across the world, who are actively engaged in advancing research and raising awareness of the many challenges in the diverse field of Environment and Ocean Engineering. Ten scholarship recipients pursued their Master's degree, while five pursued their PhD.As of Academic Year 2025/2026 (December 2025), DAAD and SEARCA have awarded 434 Southeast Asian nationals from Cambodia (19), Indonesia (94), Lao PDR (10), Malaysia (15), Myanmar (32), Philippines (109), Thailand (82), Timor Leste (26), and Vietnam (47).
