The conference began its journey in Hanoi, Vietnam (2017), followed by successful editions in Da Nang (2018) and Hue (2019), establishing a strong tradition of academic excellence in Southeast Asia. After a brief hiatus due to COVID-19, the series resumed in 2023 with the 7th edition held in Singapore, marking a new chapter in a world-class hub for innovation and infrastructure development.
