It also includes the Young Leaders’ Program (YLP) for mid-career professionals in fields like public administration, business, law, and local governance. Prospective applicants must be Thai nationals and meet specific age, academic, and experience requirements depending on the scholarship category.Application cycles typically open once a year, with document submission in the spring (often April–May), followed by written exams and interviews conducted by the Japanese Embassy or consulate in Thailand.
