Authors must identify the AI tools used, specify the sections of the manuscript affected, and describe the nature of the AI contribution in the Acknowledgments section. Importantly, AI systems cannot be listed as authors, and full accountability for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the work remains solely with the human authors.IEEE emphasizes that AI tools may assist researchers, but they do not replace scholarly judgment or ethical responsibility.
